How are payments made?Direct Debit must be set up prior to the first regular domestic cleaning session.

Will I have the same cleaner each time?For our regular domestic cleaning service, we strive to assign the same cleaner for each visit. If your regular cleaner is unavailable due to illness or holiday, we will arrange a replacement for you.

How are the cleaners vetted?We conduct thorough interviews with each cleaner and verify their documents to ensure they are legally eligible to work in Victoria. Additionally, we review their proof of address and references. To enhance their skills, we have developed a series of online training videos. Cleaners with limited experience receive hands-on training during an induction process supervised by our team or conducted at the homes of our management team.
